Misuzu Hamono is a knife manufacturer that inherits the traditional manufacturing method of Miki, Japan. Their warikomi knives were first invented by the founder,Shinji Suzuki in 1946. Misuzu have a wide range of products such as the highest quality products for craftsmen with extremely high hardness and all-purpose knives for home use. Misuzu is particular about "sharpness" and "usability", and each of their knives is carefully handmade one by one.
